Barbara’s connection with Compassion International came about gradually, she says.
“For quite some time I have been sensing this is something I am called to do. It’s sad to see so many suffering children.” Compassion International is a Christian not-for-profit ministry, dedicated to the long term development of children in poverty. “After reading their mission statement, I decided to get on board with the other artists and share what a blessing this organization is to so many needy children around the world.” Songwriter/Guitarist/Performer Barbara Anne Fillion released her
Gospel CD “HIGH ON THAT MOUNTAIN” on Dove Star Records, an independent record label. As an advocate for Compassion International she speaks on behalf of children living in poverty.
